• Lance Armstrong, as we're sure you've heard by now, was 1 second away from the lead in the Tour de France after Tuesday's stages. What you might not know is Armstrong is a lot like Sarah Palin. At least this article says so. Hell, you'll find no greater Armstrong supporter than us and we even bought into the article.
• Radiohead's manager, Brian Message, is starting his own record label, Polyphonic, that will give artists a greater share of profits. We're talking a 50 percent base share, with that percentage increasing as the act grows more successful. The label's primary means of distribution will be online.
• The Black Keys drummer has started a new drummer supergroup called, get this, Drummer.
• Want to see Zooey Deschanel as Sid Vicious. Yea, we thought so. Watch the link for Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt cinemashing Sid and Nancy. The video is the first in a long line of celebrity mashes, including "Reno 911!" and Human Giant mashing "Point Break," and Cheech & Chong mashing "Tron."
